Most of their rooms have the best Victoria Harbour view with skycraper commercial buildings and the uniquely designed Convention and Exhibition Center as backdrop, the Peninsula is an an extremely high end hotel, from the moment before you enter the hotel, you feel the luxury of it, all of the decoration, rooms, service and arrangement are superb, well deserved to be awarded one of the best in the world. This Hotel does not situated in water front, but due to the land in front of the hotel does not tall buildings, most rooms in Ibis have wonderful view of the Victoria Harbour, an affordable and yet interesting hotel to stay, friendly and helpful hotel staff strive making your stay memorable. North Point is one of the earlier residential areas, so you can can see a slower paced and somewhat rundown part of the city. The hotel's neighbouring eateries and shopping areas are rather old but not classy style, low price but not very descent. Behind the hotel, Java Road is a typical example of an old and low end street market. Room rates are from HK$480 to HK$530, simple buffet breakfast HK$41 per person.
